I teach gentle yoga with individual emphasis on what each person's body needs to relax, stretch, and become more flexible. Yoga is fun, healthy, and energizing, it also developes strength and stamina.
The actual process of doing yoga helps a person unwind, relax, and concentrate. Vigorous yoga is also available. Take time for yourself and reduce tension, relax, and renew your mind and body.
